"Full Rate" displays the property's retail price for the least expensive type of room offered.
If multiple "Full Rates" are shown it is due to multiple room types appearing in the summary and the lowest and highest rates are shown.
The room rate displayed for each date is the lowest available for all room types.
If a room rate is displayed then at least one room is available. Room availability is updated in real time as bookings are made.
If no room rate is displayed then no last-minute offer is available. This usually means that the hotel is heavily booked.
